New cast members are on the way, dears! The Mrs. Doubtfire musical has brought on five new actors ahead of the show's reopening at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre on April 14. Mrs. Doubtfire has been on hiatus since January 10.

Titus Landegger and Tyler Wladis will share the role of Christopher Hillard, and Austin Elle Fisher and Ava Gail Prince will share the role of Natalie Hillard. The actors replace original cast members Jake Ryan Flynn and Avery Sell, respectively. Renée Reid also joins the Mrs. Doubtfire cast as a swing.

Returning cast members include Rob McClure as Daniel Hillard/Mrs. Doubtfire, Jenn Gambatese as Miranda Hillard, Peter Bartlett as Mr. Jolly, Charity Angél Dawson as Wanda Sellner, Mark Evans as Stuart Dunmire, J. Harrison Ghee as Andre Mayem, Analise Scarpaci as Lydia Hillard, and Brad Oscar as Frank Hillard, as well as Cameron Adams, Calvin L. Cooper, Kaleigh Cronin, Maria Dalanno, Casey Garvin, David Hibbard, KJ Hippensteel, Aaron Kaburick, Jodi Kimura, Erica Mansfield, Brian Martin, Alexandra Matteo, LaQuet Sharnell Pringle, Jaquez André Sims, Travis Waldschmidt and Aléna Watters.

Based on the 1993 Robin Williams film of the same name, Mrs. Doubtfire follows Daniel Hillard, the father of three children — Lydia, Christopher, and Natalie. Divorced from his wife and seldom able to see his kids, he disguises himself as an elderly British nanny and gets hired at his own former household in order to see them more. Jerry Zaks directs the musical, which features a book by Karey Kirkpatrick and John O'Farrell; music and lyrics by Wayne and Karey Kirkpatrick; and choreography by Lorin Latarro.
