Working Man's Clothes presents four one act plays telling the story of love and relationships in modern life, at the American Place Theatre from the 28 Apr - 20 May 2006.
Programme One: Two plays, Boop / Hill (Double Bill), with a similar set up: a young man and a young woman alone struggling with the truth of what they actually feel for each other and the ramifications what that means in the real world.

Synopsis: A comical romp through all the obstaclles that stand between saying those three 'little' words.

Synopsis: A bittersweet scene between two people whose lives and actions don't match up with the real desires in their hearts.
Programme Two: Two plays, Arms / Oceanside Parkway (Double Bill), dealing with darker sides of fate, love, unusual relationships and need.

Synopsis: What do we want to make us happpy? What will we do to friends, lovers, and even ourselves to be happy? Will that be enough? A twisted, satirical adventure in one man's attempt to find happiness and security.
