'Hot & Throbbing' is to close on the 17 Apr 2005


Signature Theatre Company's New York premiere production of Paula Vogel's Hot & Throbbing, is to close on the 17 Apr 2005, two weeks earlier then expected. The comedy, which opened at the Peter Norton Space on the 28 Mar 2005 was due to play up to the 1 May 2005.

Hot & Throbbing is a comedy about Charlene, who writes erotic screenplays to support her troubled teenage son and daughter while trying to keep her estranged, obsessive husband away from the three of them.

The cast features Lisa Emery, Suli Holum, Elias Koteas, Tom Nelis, Matthew Stadelmann and Rebecca Wisocky.

The comedy is directed by Les Waters, with set design by Mark Wendland, costume design by Ilona Somogyi, lighting design by Robert Wierzel and sound design by Darron L. West.

Hot & Throbbing is the third and final production of the Signature Theatre Company's 2004-05 Season dedicated to the works of Paula Vogel.
