‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ announces new cast, tickets on sale through September 2023

Mischief managed… with a new Harry Potter and the Cursed Child cast. A new Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Broadway cast begin performances at the Lyric Theatre on October 3, with tickets on sale through Sept. 3, 2023. Get Harry Potter and the Cursed Child tickets on New York Theatre Guide.

Continuing cast members include Steve Haggard as Harry Potter, Angela Reed as Ginny Potter, David Abeles as Ron Weasley, and Aaron Bartz as Draco Malfoy.

Joel Meyers joins the cast as Albus Potter, alongside Maya Thomas as Rose Granger-Weasley, Erik C. Peterson as Scorpius Malfoy, Imani Jade Powers as Delphi Diggory. Jenny Jules continues as Hermione Granger, with Rachel Leslie playing the role from November 15 to Jan. 15, 2023.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child centers on the next generation of Hogwarts students: the children of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, and Draco Malfoy. Harry and Draco's sons, Albus and Scorpius, become fast friends at Hogwarts and get swept up in a time-traveling adventure to right past wrongs from Harry and his friends' school days. Jack Thorne wrote the six-time Tony-winning play based on his, J. K. Rowling, and John Tiffany's original story.

Tiffany directs the play, with movement by Steven Hoggett, set by Christine Jones, costumes by Katrina Lindsay, lighting by Neil Austin, sound by Gareth Fry, illusions & magic by Jamie Harrison.
