Fish in the Dark extends through to 1 August 2015

Larry David's Broadway comedy Fish in the Dark, now starring 'Seinfeld' actor and Tony Award winner Jason Alexander as Norman Drexel, has extended its limited run for a final time. It will now play its final performance on 1 August 2015.

Fish in the Dark, which revolves around a death in the family, began previews on 2 February 2015, and officially opened on 5 March 2015 to mixed reviews.

The cast of Fish in the Dark includes Jason Alexander, Glenne Headly, Jayne Houdyshell, Rosie Perez, Ben Shenkman, Lewis J. Stadlen, Jerry Adler, Marylouise Burke, Jake Cannavale, Jenn Lyon, Jonny Orsini, and Molly Ranson.

Fish in the Dark is directed by Anna D. Shapiro and produced on Broadway by Scott Rudin. It features scenic design by Todd Rosenthal, costumes by Ann Roth, and lighting by Brian MacDevitt.

Jason Alexander won a Tony Award in 1989 for Best Actor in a Musical for his performance in 'Jerome Robbins' Broadway.' His other Broadway credits include 'Accomplice,' 'Broadway Bound,' 'The Rink,' and 'Merrily We Roll Along.' Off-Broadway he has appeared in 'Light Up The Sky,' 'Personals,' and 'Forbidden Broadway.' He is perhaps best known for his TV role of George Constanza on 'Seinfeld,' which earned him 7 Emmy and 4 Golden Globe nominations.
