'Days of Wine and Roses' sets full Broadway cast

The new cast members join the previously announced Kelli O'Hara and Brian d'Arcy James, who starred in the musical's Off-Broadway premiere this past summer.

Here's the cast of wine and roses! Days of Wine and Roses has completed its Broadway cast. Performances of the new musical by Adam Guettel and Craig Lucas begin at Studio 54 on January 6 ahead of a January 28 opening.

Joining the previously announced Kelli O'Hara as Kirsten and Brian d'Arcy James as Joe are Byron Jennings, Tabitha Lawing, Sharon Catherine Brown, Tony Carlin, Bill English, Olivia Hernandez, David Jennings, David Manis, Steven Booth, Nicole Ferguson, Addie Manthey, and Kelcey Watson.

Based on the 1958 teleplay by J.P. Miller and subsequent film adaptation, Days of Wine and Roses follows Kirsten and Joe, a couple in 1950s New York who fall in love, and then into alcoholism. O'Hara and James return to the show following its Off-Broadway premiere in May, and Michael Greif returns to direct.
