'Days of Wine and Roses' sets full Off-Broadway cast

Find out who is joining Kelli O'Hara and Brian d'Arcy James in the cast of this new musical by the writers of the Tony Award-winning The Light in the Piazza.

Give them their flowers! The new Off-Broadway musical Days of Wine and Roses has set its full cast. Performances run from May 5 to July 9 (extended from the previously announced June 25), and opening night is June 5.

Joining the previously announced Kelli O'Hara as Kirsten and Brian d'Arcy James as Joe are Steven Booth, Sharon Catherine Brown, Bill English, Nicole Ferguson, Olivia Hernandez, Byron Jennings, David Jennings, Ted Koch, Ella Dane Morgan, Scarlett Unger, and Kelcey Watson.

On the creative side, Days of Wine and Roses features choreography by Sergio Trujillo and Karla Puno Garcia, scenic design by Lizzie Clachan, costume design by Dede Ayite, lighting design by Ben Stanton, sound design by Kai Harada, music direction by Kimberly Grigsby, music contracting by Antoine Silverman, orchestrations by Adam Guettel, additional orchestrations by Jamie Lawrence, and hair and wigs by David Brian Brown.

Days of Wine and Roses is based on the 1958 teleplay and 1962 film of the same name, following a couple in 1950s New York who struggle to rebuild their love after descending into alcoholism. The book is by Craig Lucas and music and lyrics are by Adam Guettel, who collaborate for the first time since 2005's The Light in the Piazza.

Michael Greif directs the musical at Atlantic Theater Company's Linda Gross Theater.
