Café Carlyle Fall Season

Cafe Carlyle has announced the line up for its fall season: Elaine Stritch and Steve Tyrell.

Eline Stritch returns to the Carlyle with her all new cabaret show, compiled with her longtime musical director Rob Bowman, Elaine Stritch: At Home At The Carlyle II, from the 12 Sep - 4 Nov 2006

Ms. Stritch, accompanied on piano by her musical director Rob Bowman will share, through story and song, her show business career, which includes work on Broadway and in the West End, film and television roles, as well as show biz stories that only she can tell!

Steve Tyrell, who enjoyed a sold out Cafe Carlyle debut engagement last fall returns to play a nine-week engagement from the 7 Nov - 31 Dec 2006.

Backed by a swinging big band, Mr. Tyrell will fill the room with standards culled from "The Great American Songbook," as well as selections from his recordings, including his most recent CD "Songs of Sinatra."
