Beauty on the Vine at the Clurman Theatre

Epic Theatre Center presents Beauty on the Vine, by Zak Berkman, opening at Theatre Row's Clurman Theatre on 2 May 2007, following previews from 23 Apr and running through to 3 Jun 2007.

Beauty on the Vine: When a young female star of right-wing radio is brutally murdered, her husband and father investigate the reasons behind the violence. They discover a world where young women transform themselves to look like their idols and mothers lose their daughters to the illusion of popularity and power.

Directed by David Schweizer, Beauty on the Vine features Olivia Wilde, Helen Piper Coxe, Barbara Garrick, Howard Overshown, Jessica Richardson and Victor Slezak.

Set design by Narelle Sissons, with costumes by Gabrielle Berry, lighting by Justin Townsend and sound by Ryan Rumery.
