Cameron Mackintosh has announced additional casting for the Broadway production of Miss Saigon, which will land at the Broadway Theatre (its original Broadway home) and begin previews on 1 March 2017, before an offcial opening on 23 March and a limited engagement through to 14 January 2018.

Rachel Ann Go will reprise her West End performance as Gigi and make Her Broadway debut, alongside Devin Ilaw, who returns to the role of Thuy, reprising his performance from the 2010 Toronto production. Ms Go has also appeared as Fantine in both the West End and Manila productions of 'Les Misérables,' as well as playing Jane Porter and Ariel in the Manila productions of Disney's 'Tarzan' and 'The Little Mermaid,' respectively. Mr Ilaw was last seen on the Great White Way in the most recent revival of 'Les Misérables,' in which he played a variety of roles, including Marius.

They join the already confirmed London stars Olivier nominee Jon Jon Briones (The Engineer) and Eva Noblezada (Kim), with further casting to be announced at a later date.

Miss Saigon features music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, lyrics by Richard Maltby Jr. and Alain Boublil, with additional lyrics by Michael Mahler.

Synopsis: "Miss Saigon tells the story of young bar girl named Kim, orphaned by war, who falls in love with Chris, an American GI - but their lives are torn apart by the fall of Saigon."

This revival production is directed by Laurence Connor with musical staging by Bob Avian and additional choreography by Geoffrey Garratt. It features scenic design by Totie Driver and Matt Kinley, based on an original concept by Adrian Vaux, costume design by Andreane Neofitou, lighting design by Bruno Poet, sound design by Mick Potter, and orchestrations by William David Brohn.

The production will end its limited engagement on 14 January 2018, before heading out on a National Tour later in 2018.
