
Steve Burns is best known for his work in the Blue's Clues universe, hosting the original kid's TV show from 1996 to 2002 and winning an Emmy Award in 2001 for his work. He returned for the 2019 reboot, Blue's Clues & You!, as a recurring character, writer, and director on several episodes. He also appeared in the spinoff films Blue's Big Musical Movie and Blue's Big City Adventure and in multiple Blue's Clues educational video games.
Burns has also appeared on screen in Law & Order and Young Sheldon, among multiple other movies and TV shows, and is a musician who has released three studio albums.
On stage, he has played Mozart in Amadeus and Dromio in Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors at DeSales University in Pennsylvania.
