
Rosie O'Donnell wrote and stars in her solo show Common Knowledge at the Daryl Roth Theatre from July 22 to August 8, 2026.
O'Donnell is best known for her 11-time Emmy Award-winning work hosting The Rosie O'Donnell Show, which ran from 1996 to 2002. Shortly beforehand, she made her film debut in 1992's A League of Their Own and has appeared in over 100 movies and TV shows throughout her career.
She is also a Broadway fixture, earning an additional Emmy for one of her three times hosting the Tony Awards and winning a special Tony of her own: the 2014 Isabelle Stevenson Award for her work to promote arts education. She has performed in the Broadway musicals Grease, Seussical, and Fiddler on the Roof and produced Boy George's 2003 musical Taboo.
In her career as a host, actress, and comedian, O'Donnell has earned other accolades like the Queertys' Icon Award and the Kids' Choice Awards Hall of Fame Award.
