Maria-Christina Oliveras stars as Luz Baccay in The Balusters on Broadway at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre from March 31, 2026.
Oliveras has performed on Broadway as Gina in Amélie, Church Lady in Between Riverside and Crazy, and in the companies of Machinal and Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. She also starred as Persephone in the national tour of Hadestown, earned a Drama Desk Award nomination for performing in Cymbeline off Broadway, and appeared in the world premiere of David Byrne and Fatboy Slim's musical Here Lies Love, among numerous other Off-Broadway and U.S. credits.
