
Hope Davis stars in Wallace Shawn's What We Did Before Our Moth Days off Broadway at the Greenwich House Theater from February 4, 2026.
Davis is known for her Emmy-nominated performances as Sandi Furness in Succession, Mia in In Treatment, and Hillary Clinton in The Special Relationship, plus her Golden Globe-nominated role as Joyce Brabner in American Splendor. Additionally, she received an Independent Spirit Award with the cast of Synecdoche, New York and played Maria Stark in Captain America: Civil War.
On Broadway, she made her debut as Miss Anne Holland in Two Shakespearean Actors and went on to earn a Tony Award nomination for starring as Annette in God of Carnage. Off-Broadway credits include a Shakespeare in the Park production of Measure for Measure and Lincoln Center Theater's Spinning Into Butter.
