
Grace McLean stars as a member of the Choir in Cold War Choir Practice off Broadway at MCC Theater from February 21 to March 29, 2026.
McLean is best known for her Broadway performances as Marya in Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812, the Queen in Bad Cinderella, and Woodrow Wilson in Suffs. She is also a theatre writer and composer whose works include the 2019 musical In the Green; it was nominated for six Lucille Lortel Awards including Outstanding Musical, and McLean won for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Musical.
She has been named a Lincoln Center writer-in-residence, a Broadway Women’s Fund’s Woman to Watch, and a MacDowell Fellow, and won prestigious theatre honors including the Vivace Award and Larson Grant.
