You Live, You Learn: A Night with Alanis Morissette and Jagged Little Pill to be streamed

The special livestream benefit event will take place on Tuesday, May 19 at 8pm (ET).

"Thank U," Alanis! Producers of Jagged Little Pill have partnered with American Express to bring us a special livestream event, featuring seven-time Grammy Award winner Alanis Morissette, alongside the Broadway cast and appearances by members of the musical's creative team. Entitled You Live, You Learn: A Night with Alanis Morissette and 'Jagged Little Pill', the event will benefit the COVID-19 emergency relief efforts of The Actors Fund and will take place on Tuesday, May 19 at 8pm (ET) on Jagged Little Pill's Facebook page and YouTube Channel.

The livestream will remain available to view from May 20 on the American Express Experiences hub.

Co-hosted by Alanis Morissette and SafePlace International founder Justin Hilton, the event will include exclusive performances from Morissette and the Broadway company as well as conversations with the show's Academy Award-winning writer Diablo Cody, Tony Award-winning director Diane Paulus, Olivier Award-winning choreographer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, and Pulitzer Prize-winning orchestrator/arranger Tom Kitt.

Up until next Tuesday's event, fans of the musical can enter sweepstakes for prizes at jaggedlittlepill.com and even enter a special cover song contest with the winner to be featured during the livestream event itself. Fans can submit a video of their cover of an Alanis Morissette song on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #JaggedFanCovers.

The principal cast includes Antonio Cipriano (as Phoenix), Kathryn Gallagher (as Bella), Celia Rose Gooding (as Frankie Healy), Logan Hart (as Andrew Montefiore), Derek Klena (as Nick Healy), Sean Allan Krill (as Steve Healy), Lauren Patten (as Jo), and Elizabeth Stanley (as Mary Jane Healy).
