Steve Rosen and David Rossmer are bringing their multi-award-winning and critically-acclaimed musical comedy The Other Josh Cohen back to off-Broadway this fall with a limited 17-week engagement at the Westside Theatre Downstairs. Previews are scheduled to begin on October 26, 2018, ahead of an official opening on November 12, with the production running through to February 24, 2019.

Featuring a book, music & lyrics by Mr. Rosen and Mr. Rossmer, the pair will again star as the title characters, with additional casting to be announced at a later date.

Synopsis: "Josh Cohen just can't get a break. He's single, broke and to top it all off, his apartment's been robbed of everything but a Neil Diamond CD. Soon, though, his luck takes a turn when a mysterious envelope arrives that changes his life forever."

Under the direction of Tony Award nominee Hunter Foster, the creative team features scenic design by Carolyn Mraz, costume design by Nikki Moody, lighting design by Tony Award winner Jeff Croiter, and sound design by Bart Fasbender.

The Other Josh Cohen began its life at New York Musical Festival before celebrating its off-Broadway premiere at the SoHo Playhouse in 2012, presented by Amas Musical Theatre. The musical was nominated for a total of six Drama Desk Awards, as well as the Lucille Lortel Award for "Outstanding Musical". Since then, it has been staged at the popular Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey in February 2014 and, more recently, at the Geva Theatre Center in Rochester, New York, in January 2018.
