Following initial performances at the National Theatre in 2018 and a subsequent West End transfer earlier this year, The Lehman Trilogy will receive its Broadway premiere. The strictly limited 16-week engagement, directed by Sam Mendes, will begin previews at the Nederlander Theatre on March 7, 2020, ahead of an official opening on March 26, 2020.

Simon Russell Beale (as Henry Lehman), Adam Godley (as Mayer Lehman) and Ben Miles (as Emanuel Lehman) will reprise their respective roles in the Broadway premiere, who all play the Lehman Brothers, their sons, and grandsons between them.

Synopsis: "On a cold September morning in 1844 a young man from Bavaria stands on a New York dockside. Dreaming of a new life in the new world. He is joined by his two brothers and an American epic begins. 163 years later, the firm they establish - Lehman Brothers - spectacularly collapses into bankruptcy, and triggers the largest financial crisis in history."

Written by Stefano Massini and adapted by Ben Power, The Lehman Trilogy was first performed at the National Theatre in 2018, later transferring to the Piccadilly Theatre, where it played its final West End performance on August 31, 2019.
