Lincoln Center Theater has confirmed a brand new LCT3 world premiere production for next spring. The Headlands, written by Christopher Chen and directed by Knud Adams, will begin previews at the Claire Tow Theater on February 8, 2020, ahead of an official opening on February 24 and a limited engagement through March 22, 2020.

Synopsis: "In The Headlands, Henry is an amateur sleuth and true crime aficionado who sets out to solve the ultimate case: the unsolved murder of his father. Using his memories and the family stories he was told as a child growing up in San Francisco, Henry begins an investigation through a labyrinth of secrets and deceptions that leads him to question the sincerity of those closest to him. The Headlands is a contemporary noir that explores the stories we tell ourselves and the fallibility of the mind."

Leading the cast as Henry is Aaron Yoo, perhaps best known for his TV role as Russell Kwon on The CW's "The Tomorrow People." He will be joined on stage by Laura Kai Chen, Edward Chin-Lyn, Mahira Kakkar, Mia Katigbak, Henry Stram, and Johnny Wu.

The creative team behind The Headlands features scenic design by Kimie Nishikawa, costume design by Kaye Voyce, lighting design by Mark Barton, sound design by Peter Mills Weiss, and projections by Ruey Horng Sun.

The current LCT3 world premiere production of Power Strip continues at the Claire Tow Theater through November 17, 2019.
