The Claire Tow Theater is named in honor of the wife of longtime Lincoln Center Theater Board Member Leonard Tow, Claire Tow. The theatre is located on the roof of the Vivian Beaumont Theater and is Lincoln Center Theater's newest space, having opened to the public in 2012.
The 112-seat venue is the current home of LCT3 – a programming initiative designed to encourage and nurture the work of new, aspiring playwrights and directors.
