World Premiere of A Persistent Memory at Theatre Row
Mary J. Davis and MBL Productions present the world premiere of Jackob G. Hofmann's drama A Persistent Memory, directed by Jessi D. Hill, which will begins previews at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre on 27 May 2016, before an official opening on 1 June and a limited engagement through to 19 June 2016.
Synopsis: "David is losing his grip on reality. With every passing moment his most precious memories are slipping away. Haunted by his past, he finds help while investigating a mysterious phenomenon that is overwhelming the world's elephant population. A Persistent Memory explores the unexpected virtues of grief, the impact of childhood memories, and how sometimes meeting the right people at the right time can change our lives forever."
The cast of A Persistent Memory includes Drew Ledbetter, Victoria Vance, Lisa Bostnar, Richard Prioleau, Claire Warden and Ariel Estrada.
The creative team features scenic design by Parris Bradley, costume design by Valerie Joyce, lighting design by Greg Solomon, and sound design by Miles Polaski.
