We're Gonna Die to play at the Claire Tow Theater

Young Jean Lee's Obie-Award winning musical We're Gonna Die is to return to the Lincoln Center, playing a two week engagement at the Claire Tow Theater from 05 - 17 Aug 2013.

We're Gonna Die, written and performed by Young Jean Lee, and features music by her band 'Future Wife,' is a a life-affirming show about the thing everyone has in common: death.

The show will once again be directed by Paul Lazar and choreographed by Faye Driscoll, and feature costumes by Roxana Ramseur, lighting by Tyler Micoleau and sound by Jamie McElhinney.

The musical played a four performance engagement at the Claire Tow Theatre from 12 - 15 Sep 2012.

That original engagement received favourable reviews: "Sly, weird and thoroughly winning...It's forthright acknowledgement that life can be a rough business is bracing, funny and, yes, consoling." (New York Times), "Enormously touching ... Lee purchases our hearts with her bravery's own coin." (Time Out New York).
