Unconditional, changes dates


Due to technical reasons, LAByrinth Theater Company have announced that the second production of their 2007-2008 season: the world premiere of Unconditional, by Brett C. Leonard, will now begin previews on 10 Feb 2008 at Public Theater's LuEsther Hall, and not the 7 Feb as originally scheduled.

As a result of the change Unconditional has been extended by one week, and will now close on the 9 Mar 2008, and not the 2 Mar as first announced. The plays opening remains set for 18 Feb 2008.

Unconditional tells Nine New York stories that converge in a racially and sexually charged tale of love, justice, rage and betrayal.

Directed by Mark Wing-Davey, Unconditional features Chris Chalk, Anna Chlumsky, John Doman, who recently joined the cast replacing the previously announced William Forsythe. Saidah Arrika Ekulona, Kevin Geer, Trevor Long, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Yolonda Ross and Isiah Whitlock, Jr.

The creative team comprises Mark Wendland (sets), Mimi O'Donnell (costumes), Japhy Weideman (lighting) and Bart Fasbender (sound).
