Twelve Angry Men at St. Bart's Playhouse


The St. Bart's Players presents Twelve Angry Men, by Reginald Rose and adapted by Sherman L. Sergel, at St. Bart's Playhouse from 15 - 24 Feb 2008.

Twelve Angry Men: officially licensed adaptation of the courtroom drama performed by a mixed gender cast of men and women. A 19-year-old man has just stood trial for the fatal stabbing of his father; it appears to be an open-and-shut case until one juror begins opening the others' eyes to the facts. Each juror reveals his or her own character while re-examining testimony in hopes of and reaching a final verdict. Tempers become frayed and arguments grow heated as this riveting drama reaches its climax and the jurors put aside their differences and work together for the sake of justice.

Directed by Matt Shicker, Twelve Angry Men feaures Ken Altman, Max Cohen, Jill Conklin, Leslie Engel, Joe Gambino, Ulises Giberga, Danielle Giorgetti, Brian Haggerty, Neal Jones, Penny Robb, Jonah Rosen and Leni Tabb.
