The Vandal: Deirdre O'Connell replaces Holly Hunter

Deirdre O'Connell (Broadway: Magic/Bird, Off-Broadway: Circle Mirror Transformation) replaces Oscar winner Holly Hunter in the world premiere of Hamish Linklater's The Vandal. Hunter has withdrawn from the production due to scheduling conflicts.

Directed by the Flea's founder and Artistic Director Jim Simson, The Vandal will also star Zach Grenier (TV: The Good Wife) and Noah Robbins (Broadway: Arcadia).

The Vandal - About a woman and a boy who meet at a bus stop on a cold night and the stories they tell to keep each other warm - opens at the Flea Theater on 31 Jan 2013, following previews from 18 Jan 2013, and closing on 17 Feb 2013.

The creative team features scenic design by David M. Barber, costume design by Claudia Brown, lighting design by Brian Aldous and sound design by Brandon Wolcott.
