The Rise of Dorothy Hale, the new mystery/thriller by Myra Bairstow, directed by Pamela Hall, is now selling tickets through to 3 Feb 2008. The play opened at St Luke�s Theater on 4 Oct 2007, following previews from 20 Sep 2007.

The Rise of Dorothy Hale: History has recorded that Dorothy Hale, the widow of American muralist Gardner Hale, died in New York City on 21 Oct 1938 after plunging sixteen stories from her apartment window at the Hampshire House on Central Park South. She was thirty-three years old. Dorothy�s death was ruled a suicide. The story of Dorothy Hale has never really been thoroughly examined... until now.

Directed by Pamela Hall, b>The Rise of Dorothy Hale features Purva Bedi, Patrick Boll, Dina Ann Comolli, Matthew Cowles, Laura Koffman, Mark LaMura and Sarah Wynter. The design team comprises Josh Iacovelli (sets) and Graham Kindred (lighting).
