The Insomnia Play at the Medicine Show Theatre

The Babel Theatre Project presents The Insomnia Play, by Jessica Brickman, opening at the Medicine Show Theatre on the 8 Jul 2006, following previews from the 5 Jul and running through to the 29 Jul 2006.

The play runs in repertoire with The Calamity of Kat Kay and Willy. Both plays can be seen on the same evening as a double bill.

The Insomnia Play: Georgia can't fall asleep. She wants to. She needs to. But try as she might, she can't. Instead, she spends her nights lying beside her slumbering husband, flirting with the Sandman, and communing with the spirit of her dead mother.

The Insomnia Play is directed by Geordie Broadwater, with set design by Emily Carmichael, lighting by Joshua Randall and sound by Anthony Gabriele.
