'The Book of Mormon' offers rush tickets on TodayTix

This program is the first-ever rush ticket offering from the nine-time Tony Award-winning musical, which has played at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre since 2011.

Hello, rush tickets! The Book of Mormon will offer digital rush tickets for the first time in its 12-year Broadway run, with $53 day-of tickets available for purchase on TodayTix.

Users must download the TodayTix app and "unlock" the rush ticket program on The Book of Mormon landing page. Every day afterward, beginning at 9 a.m., users will have the chance to purchase up to two tickets for that day's performance.

Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and daily availability is limited. Users can set an alert in the TodayTix app to be notified right before rush tickets become available each day.

Winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, The Book of Mormon follows two misguided Mormon missionaries facing their biggest challenge yet: converting Ugandan villagers who gave up on God long ago. The irreverent musical comedy from the creators of South Park (Matt Parker and Trey Stone) and Avenue Q (Robert Lopez) has played at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre since 2011.
