Shiloh Rules at the Gene Frankel Theatre

Flying Fig Theater presents the comedy Shiloh Rules, by Doris Baizley, opening at the Gene Frankel Theatre on the 24 Mar 2006, following previews from the 18 Mar and running through to the 9 Apr 2006.

Shiloh Rules is a satire set on the eve of one of the Civil Wars bloodiest engagements, the Battle of Shiloh. Well, the reenactment of the Battle of Shiloh, that is. When rival, hardcore Civil War buffs begin the battle prematurely, it sets off a firestorm. Six women caught up in this madness, hilarity and drama fight each other, help each other and learn that there is more to remembering the American Civil War than 'Authentic' costumes and bandages.

Shiloh Rules' cast, directed by Michaela Goldhaber, features: Gwen Eyster, Cordis Heard, Janine Kyanko, Judi Lewis Ockler, Samarra and Kate Weiman.

The production has set and lighting design by Scott Boyd and costumes by Alisha Engle.
