Take another bite of the forbidden fruit! Company XIV's Seven Sins will return this spring for an encore run following its acclaimed premiere last year. Performances begin at Théâtre XIV, Company XIV's Brooklyn home, on March 31.

Seven Sins is a burlesque retelling of the story of how Adam and Eve fell from grace in the garden of Eden. The show includes a series of variety acts — circus, dance, song, acrobatics, and more — inspired by the biblical tale and each of the seven deadly sins.

Themed cocktails and drinks are on offer at the venue and are also included in some ticket types.

Company XIV is a performance troupe known for its burlesque variety shows with a sexy, baroque-inspired spin. The troupe's best-known show is Nutcracker Rouge, an annual holiday event inspired by The Nutcracker.

In addition to Seven Sins, the troupe is also currently performing Cocktail Magique, a variety show that marries magic, circus, and mixology, at the Cocktail Magique Theatre across the street from Théâtre XIV. A five-star review of that show on New York Theatre Guide calls it "one of the city's most spectacular, fun, and unique nights out."
