Get another sugar rush! Sugar Daddy, the acclaimed solo comedy show by Sam Morrison, will play an encore engagement off Broadway. The show is currently running at the SoHo Playhouse through February 17, and after a brief hiatus, it will return there from March 3 to April 1.

In Sugar Daddy, Morrison shares stories of how he met his partner, Jonathan, and the relationship they had before Morrison lost Jonathan to Covid-19. He turns his grief into comedy and discusses how humor helps him cope, and the unexpected ways in which Jonathan is still with him.

The show premiered at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where it received critical acclaim. A New York Theatre Guide review of the Off-Broadway production calls Sugar Daddy "a cleverly constructed tell-all – or thereabouts – that is punchy and poignant."
