Reconstructing Mama at the Kirk Theater


Fresco Productions presents Reconstructing Mama, a musical with scord and lyrics by N. David Williams and book and lyrics by Stephen Svoboda, opening at Theatre Row's Kirk Theater on 12 Aug 2007, following previews from 09 Aug and running through to 19 Aug 2007.

Reconstructing Mama: Set in Westchester County over the course of one night, the musical chronicles one family's attempt to redefine themselves in the wake of their mother's death. The children come together after their mother's funeral to reminisce and come to terms with their mother's mental illness.

Directed by Stephen Svoboda, with choreography by Randall Pollard, Reconstructing Mama features Jonathan White, Ariana Shore, Lauren Connolly, Danny Marr and Chris Teutsch.

Set design by Tim Brown, with costumes by Michiko Kitayama and lighting by Tim Brown.
