Big news! The first Broadway revival of Parade has set its complete cast, joining previously announced stars Ben Platt and Micaela Diamond. The show begins performances February 21 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre ahead of a March 16 opening night.

The complete Parade Broadway cast includes Alex Joseph Grayson as Jim Conley, Sean Allan Krill as Governor Slaton, Howard McGillin as Old Soldier/Judge Roan, Paul Alexander Nolan as Hugh Dorsey, Jay Armstrong Johnson as Britt Craig, Kelli Barrett as Mrs. Phagan, Courtnee Carter as Angela, Eddie Cooper as Newt Lee, Erin Rose Doyle as Mary Phagan, Manoel Felciano as Tom Watson, Danielle Lee Greaves as Minnie McKnight, Douglas Lyons as Riley, Jake Pedersen as Frankie Epps, Florrie Bagel as Nurse, Stacie Bono as Sally Slaton, Max Chernin as Mr. Turner, Emily Rose DeMartino as Essie and others, Christopher Gurr as Luther Rosser/Mr. Peavy, Beth Kirkpatrick as Nina Formby, Ashlyn Maddox as Monteen and others, Sophia Manicone as Iola Stover, William Michals as Detective Starnes, Jackson Teeley as Officer Ivey, and Charlie Webb as Young Soldier.

Parade is based on the true story of Leo Frank (Platt), a Jewish factory manager tried for a heinous crime in 1913 Georgia. The trial invites anti-Semitism and sensationalism that tests his strength and his marriage to his wife, Lucille (Diamond).

The musical won book writer Alfred Uhry and composer/lyricist Jason Robert Brown Tony Awards in 1999. The show has not received a Broadway production since then. In fall 2022, Platt and Diamond led a revival at New York City Center, which is the production transferring to Broadway now.

Michael Arden returns to direct.
