Love Therapy, by Wendy Beckett, at DR2 Theatre
Pascal Productions will present Wendy Beckett's Love Therapy, directed by Evan Bergman and starring two-time Tony nominee Alison Fraser ('The Secret Garden' and 'Romance/Romance'), opening at DR2 Theatre on 29 Apr 2013, following previews from 20 Apr 2013, and running through to 25 May 2013.
Love Therapy is a play about a young therapist who finds herself out of her depth when intimacy, attraction and passion collide with the healing process.
Along with Alison Fraser, the cast will also feature David Bishins, Christopher Burns, Margot White and Janet Zarish.
Wendy Beckett (playwright) has written more than 25 plays (all staged) and directed more than 40 in England, France Scotland Australia and New York. A native of Australia, she has also written radio plays for the Australian Broadcasting Commission (ABC). Her most notable works inclRecently, she has directed her own work, 'For the Love of Alma Mahler' at the Sydney Opera House, accompanied by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
Pascal Productions is an independent Australian Theatre Company founded by Wendy Beckett for producing her plays.
