Love, Death and Vengeance, at the Gene Frankel Theatre


Brick By Brick Productions presents Love, Death and Vengeance, by Daniel Kelley, at the Gene Frankel Theatre from 6 - 15 Dec 2007.

Love, Death and Vengeance: Al Gibbins is horror-stricken. He has stained his shirt and will not be able to take his beloved, Lily Droshpat, to the school dance. He is so embarrassed that he runs off, vowing to end his own life. Lily hears of his supposed death and is so heartbroken that she kills herself. Gibbins is able to remove the stain and comes back joyfully, only to find his true love dead. He vows never to love another for longer than three weeks. Cut to five years later, Gibbins is in college and has fallen head over heels for Angelica Enebrius. Gibbins decides to journey down to Hades in order to receive Lily�s blessing and break the curse.

Directed by Anthony C.E. Nelson, Love, Death and Vengeance features Ben Correale (Al Gibbins), Katie Hartman (Chorus), Katie Holland (Angelica Enebrius), John Moreno (Chorus), Rachel Risen (Chorus), Leah Rudick (Lily Droshpat) and Henry Zebrowski (Apollo/Hades/Prologue).

The creative team features Ben Kravitz (sets), Lynn Wheeler (costumes), Arjun Jaikumar (lighting) and Nehemiah Luckett (sound).
