Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jimmy Fallon celebrate Broadway reopening on The Tonight Show
They're joined by special guests as they sing about all the musicals they can't wait to see when theatre reopens.
Ahead of the In The Heights film being released later this month, as well as Broadway's reopening now from June 26, Lin-Manuel Miranda appeared on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. As part of his guest appearance, the pair sung "Broadway's Back!", a skit that saw the pair perform a song about the Broadway shows they'll see when theatres reopen again.
In the song, they reference a variety of Broadway musicals, including Come From Away, Company and The Lion King. Check out when all Broadway shows are reopening in 2021 here.
Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jimmy Fallon are joined by special guests including Olga Merediz, Skeleton Crew's Phylicia Rashad, Kristin Chenoweth, Christopher Jackson, Laura Benanti and Jimmy Smits for a parody for "You'll Be Back" from Hamilton. Hamilton is reopening at the Richard Rodgers Theatre in September.
