LCT announces cast of Bryna Turner's Bull in a China Shop
Lincoln Center Theater has announced casting and a new official opening date for the upcoming LCT3 production of Bryna Turner's new comedy Bull in a China Shop, directed by Lee Sunday Evans, which begins previews at the Claire Tow Theater on February 11, 2017. An official opening is now scheduled for March 1 (instead of February 27) and the limited run will end on March 26, 2017.
The cast of Bull in a China Shop includes Michele Selene Ang, Enid Graham, Lizbeth Mackay, Crystal Lucas-Perry and Ruibo Qian.
Synopsis: "Galloping through forty years in a New England seminary, Bull in a China Shop follows Mary Woolley and her partner Jeannette Marks as they reform and revolutionize women's education at the height of the suffrage movement. As evolving ambitions and desires strain the couple's relationship, this fast-paced comedy explores how we change the world, how the world changes us, and how we try to grow old together."
The creative team behind Bull in a China Shop features scenic design by Arnulfo Maldonado, costume design by Oana Botez, lighting design by Eric Southern, and sound design by Broken Chord.
