Kevin Csolak will star in The Outsiders on Broadway, playing the role of Bob from September 26 to January 5 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre.
Csolak most recently played Tulsa in Gypsy on Broadway and has also appeared in the Mean Girls and West Side Story musicals. On screen, he has appeared in Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story and TV shows including Boardwalk Empire, Law & Order, and NCIS.
In The Outsiders, he will temporarily take over the role of Bob from original cast member Kevin William Paul, who departs to join the cast of The Baker's Wife off Broadway. Paul will return on January 6.
Adapted from S. E. Hinton's landmark novel, the Tony Award-winning Best Musical The Outsiders follows teenager Ponyboy Curtis and the fellow boys in his Greasers gang, fighting for survival against the well-off Socs gang and seeking brotherhood in a world that's otherwise abandoned them.
