Ahead of Jodi Picoult's Between the Lines being presented as a musical, she is involved in a new five-part musical which will stream next month. Picoult and Timothy Allen McDonald will present Breathe from May 14, with eleven cast members taking part.

Written during the pandemic, Breathe aims to explore how the current pandemic affects relationships. The production was filmed in March 2021 in a Covid-safe location.

Breathe is a compilation of five separate works, including real-life Broadway couples Patti Murin and Colin Donnell and Matt Doyle and Max Clayton taking part. The line-up is completed by Denée Benton, Rubén J. Carbajal, Josh Davis, T. Oliver Reid, Daniel Yearwood, Kelli O'Hara and Brian Stokes Mitchell.

Breathe is available from May 14. For more information, read here.
