Welcome back to the Rock! Three original Come From Away cast members will return to the show for its final weeks of Broadway performances. Having played at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre since 2017, the Tony-winning musical will end its run October 2.

On September 20, Jenn Colella will return to her Tony-nominated role of Capt. Beverley Bass and others; she played another return engagement in the role earlier this summer. Two more original cast members will return September 27: Petrina Bromley, who has been on hiatus from her role as Bonnie and others since June; and Josh Breckenridge, who will play Kevin J. and others. He was the dance captain and a standby in the original Broadway cast.

Come From Away is based on a true story from the days following 9/11. When thousands of plane passengers were rerouted to the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, the residents moved to shelter, feed, and comfort them at a moment's notice. The townspeople and the passengers formed lifelong bonds, showing the power of human kindness amid tragedy.

Nominated for seven Tony Awards including Best Musical, the show won Best Direction, for Christopher Ashley.
