I Kreon at Walkerspace

New Moon Rep and Roust Theatre Company presents I Kreon, a contemporary verse adaptation by Aole T. Miller of the Sophocles drama Antigone, opening at Walkerspace on 11 Nov 2007, following previews from 8 Nov and running through to 1 Dec 2007.

I Kreon: This version of Antigone focuses on Kreon's point of view. How does the leader of a shattered nation, a nation who's Towers have fallen, begin the process of rebuilding and reuniting that nation? How does he best honour the dead? What sacrifice is he willing to make to secure this rebuilt nation?

Directed by Aole T. Miller, I Kreon features Claire Siebers, James Luse, Maggie Surovell, Max Arnaud, David Beck, Ian Eaton, Rebecca Hackett, Paul Harkins, Rafael Jordan and Ian Lowe.
