Hamlet at the Workshop Theater


Take Wing And Soar Productions presents William Shakespeare's Hamlet, starring Timothy D. Stickney as Hamlet, at Workshop Theater from 13 - 29 Apr 2007.

Hamlet: In a time of conflict, a voice from the grave will take a vengeful man to a place beyond sanity where only conspiracy & death await.

Directed by Elizabeth Swain, Hamlet will also feature Petronia Paley as Gertrude, Arthur French as Polonius/Gravedigger and Jerome Preston Bates as Claudius.

Completeing the cast are Geoffrey Warren Barnes II, Larry Floyd, David Heron, Mary Hodges, Zainab Jah, Michael Leonard James, Tom Martin, Kwame Riley, Miguel Sierra, Carsey Walker, Jr., Bryan Webster & Dathan B. Williams.

Timothy D. Stickney most recently appeared as Oswald in King Lear at the Public Theater (2007). Arthur French has appeared on Broadway in Mule Bone (1991), Death And The Kings Horsemen (1987), Death of A Salesman (1975 revival), The Iceman Cometh (1973 revival), to name a few.

Petronia Paley understudied for the role of Ethel Thayer in the Broadway revival of On Golden Pond (2005) and Jerome Preston Bates understudied three roles in the Broadway production of Seven Guitars (1996).
