God's Ear at East 13th Street Theater


New Georges presents God's Ear, by Jenny Schwartz, opening at East 13th Street Theater on 7 May 2007, following previews from 2 May and running through to 2 Jun 2007.

God's Ear: Mel and Ted have lost their young son. Now, wherever Ted goes, he meets people with dead sons. And whatever Mel touches falls apart. Mel and Ted try to continue their way through the world, guided by their young daughter Lanie, and the Tooth Fairy and G.I. Joe.

Directed by Anne Kauffman, God's Ear features Christina Kirk, Gibson Frazier, Judith Greentree, Raymond McAnally, Annie McNamara, Matthew Montelongo, and Monique Vukovic.

Set design is by Kris Stone, with costumes by Olivera Gajic, lighting by Tyler Micoleau and sound by Leah Gelpe. Michael Friedman will compose the play's songs with additional lyrics by Ms. Schwartz.
