Fault Lines extends its run by one week

Naked Angels has extended the run of Stephen Belbers dark comedy, Fault Lines, by one week.

The play opened at the Cherry Lane Theatre on 30 Sep 2008, following previews from 22 Sep 2008, for a limited run that was originally scheduled to end on 8 Nov 2008, but will now play through to 9 Nov 2008.

The show opened to mixed reviews: "The play,.. can get monotonous, almost like a courtroom drama." (NY Times); "Briskly entertaining and well-acted." (NY Daily News); "Unveiling one dizzying revelation after another, until one ceases to care." (New York Post); "The revelations in "Fault Lines" seem more manufactured make that unlikely than real." (AP).

In Fault Lines: Whole Foods, Edie Brickell and mini-hot dogs abound in this dark comedy, in which a seemingly ordinary boys night out turns sour for two friends when a stranger forces them to delineate the boundaries between loyalty, conviction and betrayal.

Directed by David Schwimmer, Fault Lines features Josh Lucas, Noah Emmerich, Dominic Fumusa and Jennifer Mudge.

The creative team includes Cameron Anderson (sets), Mattie Ullrich (costumes), lighting (Jason Lyons) and Bart Fasbender (sound).
