Explicit Vows at the Flea Downstairs


Citizen Pell Theater Group present Explicit Vows, written and performed by John Jiler, at the Flea Downstairs from 12 Jun - 29 Jul 2008.

Explicit Vows traces the story of one man and the lifetime of roadblocks he encountered on his way to the altar.

The play opens with a middle-aged, soon-to-be groom in a church, nervously sweating out the final few minutes before his wedding begins. While he waits, the Man reflects on the varied experiences he's had with women over the course of his life.

The creative team comprises of Nina Rutsch (costumes) and Torie Atkinson (lighting).
