Bright Half Life at New York City Center Stage II

The Women's Project Theater has announced that it will stage the world premiere of Bright Half Life by Pulitzer Prize finalist Tanya Barfield at New York City Center Stage II from 17 February to 22 March 2015, with an official opening on 25 February 2015.

Rebecca Henderson and Rachael Holmes will star in this "kaleidoscopic new play about love, skydiving and the infinite moments that make a life together."

The production will be directed by Tony Award nominee Leigh Silverman and feature set design by Rachel Hauck, costume designs by Emily Rebholz, lighting design by Jen Schriever and sound design by Bart Fasbender.

"Erica meets Vicky. Vicky marries Erica. Lives collide. Rewind. Pause. Fast forward."

Bright Half Life was developed during a residency at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Playwrights Conference in 2014. Women's Project Theatre is under the artistic directorship of Lisa McNulty and is the nation's oldest and largest theatre company dedicated to developing, producing and promoting the work of theatre artists who identify as women.

Tickets for the production are now on sale.
