Back Back Back to close on 28 Dec

Manhattan Theatre Club's production of Back Back Back, a new play by Itamar Moses, will close on 28 Dec 2008.

The production opened at Manhattan Theatre Club - Stage 2 at NY City Center on 18 Nov 2008, following previews from 30 Oct, for a limited engagement that was to have run through to 4 Jan 2009.

The show opened to luke-ward reviews: "Sisappointingly drama-free drama." Back Back Back: Does greatness always come with a price? Can only someone with nothing to lose tell the whole truth? The play follows the turbulent careers of three very different teammates in baseball's steroid era whose clubhouse secrets bring them under federal scrutiny.

Directed by Daniel Aukin, Back Back Back features Jeremy Davidson, James Martinez and Michael Mosley.

The creative team includes David Zinn (sets & costumes), David Weiner (lighting) and, Ryan Rumery and Daniel Baker (sound).
