A new musical Angels, music by Ken Lai, with book and lyrics by Marcus Cheong & Ken Lai, is to open on Broadway during the 2008/09 Broadway season.

Other members of the musical's creative and producing team include Richard Fowler (director); Mary Mitchell Campbell (music supervisor); Laura Bergquist (music director); Tamara Lovatt-Smith (producing associate); Robert R. Blume (consulting producer); and Snug Harbor Productions, Inc. (general management).

The musical is to have a pre-Broadway engagement at the Trand Theater in Shreveport, Los Angeles from 29 Aug - 13 Sep 2008.
