Acts of Love extends for a second time

Dangerous Arrangement, Inc. presentation of Acts of Love, by Kathryn Chetkovich, has extended its off-Broadway engagement for a second time and will now play through to 6 Jan 2008 at Theatre Row's Lion Theatre.

The play, which opened at Theatre Row's Kirk Theatre on 6 Nov 2007, where it played through to 18 Nov, went on to transfer to Theatre Row's Lion Theatre on 26 Nov 2007 for an extended run, initially scheduled to end on 16 Dec 2007.

Acts of Love is a new play about the things we never get over, the things we do for love and the damage we do to others in the process. Rob brings his new girlfriend home to meet his parents, Ed and Sheila who have been happily married for 25 years. Now, the door the family has managed to keep closed for 25 years is finally forced open. Every happy family has its secrets--the ones we keep from each other and the ones we keep from ourselves; and sometimes we get the chance to make the same mistakes twice.

Directed by Marc Geller, Acts of Love features Andrew Dawson, Andrew Rein, Abby Royle and Diane Tyler.

The creative team features Aaron Mastin (sets), Dennis Ballard (costumes) and Frank Dendanto III (lighting).
