2009 Tony Award Winners announced



The 63nd Tony Awards winners were presented this evening (Sunday 7 Jun 2009) at a ceremony hosted by Neil Patrick Harris at Radio City Music Hall.

'Billy Elliot' dominated the proceedings gaining 10 Awards, inluding Best musical, and was by far the most decorated production of the evening. 'God of Carnage' gained 3 awards, including Best Play, 'Next to Normal' also gained three awards, followed by 'Joe Turner's Come and Gone' with two awards.
